The procedure of the application for suspension as a matter of extreme urgency only applies to extremely urgent cases. This procedure differs very much from the usual rules and must be limited to the exceptional cases in which those differences can be justified by imperilled rights and interests.

Since 1 March 2013 new instructions apply concerning the use of the fax machine outside office hours.

As far as this procedure is concerned we refer in particular to paragraph 4 of article 17 of the coordinated laws and to article 16 of the procedure with regard to summary proceedings.
